ممكن يتعطي دايركت كده بدون تخفيف للاطفال الأكبر من سنتين ؟؟؟
طيب لو هخففه يتحل في سلاين ولا جلوكوز ولا SWFI
سواء هيتعطي ع وقت قصير أو ٤ ساعات هتفرق في نوع المحلول اللي هيتخفف بيه ولا لا
والمفروض اصلا يتعطي ع مدار وقت قد ايه

Parenteral Preparation for administration of Sodium Bicarbonate in pediatrics:
- Direct IV injection: For neonates and infants, may dilute the 1 mEq/mL solution 1:1 with SWFI
- IV infusion: Dilute in a dextrose solution (eg, D5W) to a maximum concentration of 0.5 mEq/mL
