This is a very high dose. You should monitor for side effects.
No need to gradually decrease the dose. You may abruptly discontinue the drug.

It’s not about weaning or withdrawal,it’s about ,in this case of high frequency and need ,we should change the whole therapy for this patient , add on inhaled and systemic corticosteroids ,re evaluation of degree of asthma or pulmonary state,not just depend only on high dose of farcolin ,reevaluate and add on therapy ..
