Colistin dilution

Reconstitute each vial containing 150 mg of colistin base activity with 2 mL of SWFI resulting in a concentration of 75 mg colistin base activity/mL; swirl gently to avoid frothing. May further dilute in a compatible solution (eg, D51/4NS, D51/2NS, D5NS, D5W, LR, NS).

Note: 1 MIU = 30 mg
