Can aminoglycosides be used in ttt of infant pneumonia and bronchopneumonia?

- For hospital acquired pneumonia:
Yes, aminoglycosides can be used empirically in combination with one of the following:
Third or fourth cephalosporins, carbapenems, piperacillin/tazobactam or ceftazidime/avibactam.
