At first, it’s not recommended to give Gast-reg (Trimebutine) less than 12 years old.
If I understood your question correctly, you want to give the feeding continuous instead of every 2 hrs intervals. Please correct me if not.
In such a situation, a nasogastric tube or so have to be inserted. You wil, simply, take the total daily mls of the feeding received by the patient and divide it by 24. This will give you the rate. In this case it will be:
$$\frac{{17 \, \text{{ml}} \times 12}}{{24}} = 8.5 \, \text{{ml/hr}}$$
You will have to use infusion pump or similar device.
Remember to make sure the patient is recovering his daily caloric requirements.
The stability of the milk is a product-specific feature. You should check the product data sheet or leaflet.

The most common side effect of Trimebutine is CNS depression. It’s safety and efficacy is not established or studied in pediatrics less than 12 years old, so you probably have to think twice before prescribing it.
