MRSA may sometimes look levofloxacin-sensitive on a culture report because of strain variation or local epidemiology, but clinical guidelines still consider it unreliable for MRSA treatment. This is why we still prefer drugs like vancomycin, linezolid, or daptomycin, depending on the case.
